Since building and selling my own recruitment company, I’ve helped dozens of ambitious leaders to grow and scale their businesses in all market conditions — creating workplaces where people thrive, deliver exceptional customer experience, and achieve profitable, sustainable growth.

I recognised early on, that gaps in specific growth-enhancing functions of business invariably cause serious problems, and can feel chaotic, when growth is attempted without first addressing them. Problems like these:
