Working with UK and global businesses, across different cultures and functions, I enable significant sustainable business growth in ways that change how people think, behave and perform. 

I use a tried and tested model that works exceptionally well, typically starting with the vision, linking it with essential infrastructure to deliver the vision, then providing training, learning and development (TLD) to enable my clients’ people to excel. 

My approach is driven by a deep belief that:

  • becoming an ‘employer of choice’ starts with clearly defined values which permeate throughout organisations and are reflected in everything their people do, because it is made easy for them to do so; and
