The objective was to enhance business operations and people capability, to create a robust platform to achieve their mission: to become the biggest and best chef recruitment business in the UK.

We ran a tailored intensive programme over two weeks, with a mix of training courses, confidential executive coaching, and desk-side observation and support. In advance, we worked together on process asset design, creating ways to enhance current operational elements, finalising these with the input of the wider team, as an ongoing focus of the programme.
