Our methodology
First, we talk. We talk to you and, where appropriate, we talk to your people. We find out exactly what you want to achieve and what you want to avoid. We scrutinise your business to uncover real issues and their causes - not just the symptoms. And, because we'll view your business with fresh eyes, we are more likely to see any further issues that you can't.
Next, we'll propose an honest, no flannel, tailor-made solution for your approval. And, so that you can utilise our services as much or as little as you wish, we will deliver this on a consultancy, interim management or training basis - the choice is yours.
Finally, once the main work is completed, we don't simply abandon you. Clients often like to have a regular infusion of Absolutely Business and we can be flexible about how. For example, we can continue to work with you on a structured weekly, monthly or quarterly basis or you can call up and book us whenever you have a requirement.
Our fees
Our charges vary according to the work undertaken and the time it takes. We will always provide you with a detailed proposal up front, so that there are no hidden surprises. We like to be fair too - if the project is completed ahead of time, we're happy to pass on any savings to you. This ensures value for money and you control the budget at all times.
